2. Exercise is Healthy for Baby

What you do during pregnancy impacts your baby and that applies to fitness as well! Studies have shown that moms who exercise pass on health benefits to the baby! Benefits such as stronger hearts, healthier birth weights, and advanced motor skills during the newborn phase.


3. You Need to Find a Perinatal Fitness Expert

Any trainer or social media “fitness expert” isn’t going to cut it during the perinatal period. The training that a typical personal trainer goes through doesn’t cover all of the nuances and special considerations of pregnancy and postpartum. You need to get connected with someone who specializes in this field and can help guide you on your fitness journey!
