You can sneak in a workout while you're watching TV tonight! These moves don't require any equipment and are good for all levels of fitness!

Perform each exercise for 10-15 reps on each side for 4-6 rounds

1. Split Squat

2. Pushup with Reach

3. Squat

4. Mountain Climbers

5. Leg Lift

Even if you've only got a few minutes while watching cartoons with the kids - get in a mini workout!
