Thursday Tip: Fixing Daily Posture

There are a lot of little things you probably do during the day that aren’t the best for your back. Today, I’m covering 4 of those activities and giving you tips on how to straighten up that posture!

Obviously, no one has perfect posture all the time - but the more you can be mindful of how you’re moving, sitting, and standing throughout the day, the less pain you’ll have on a regular basis!
