Soup Can Workout

Did you know you can use household items to help you get a workout in while you’re quarantining? You can!! Today’s workout can be done using any cans you have in your pantry.

Perform each exercise for 45-60 seconds, on each side as necessary, for 4-6 rounds or 20 minutes, whichever comes first. Make sure you take about a minute break in between each round.

1. Lateral Arm Raise

2. Squat and Touch

3. Lunge, Curl, Push

4. Straight Leg Raise

5. Side to Side
