Legs and Glutes Workout

Your legs and glutes contain some of the largest muscles in your body. When those muscles get fired up, you’ll elevate that heart rate and get a high calorie burn!

Perform each exercise for 10-15 reps for 4-6 rounds.

1. Sumo Squat with Calf Raise

2. Lunge Pulse

3. Kickstand Deadlift

4. Hamstring Curl

5. Alternating Squat Stepout
