Perform each exercise for 30-45 seconds for 4-6 rounds or, if you want to go for reps do 15-20 reps on each side as needed. Go at your own pace and modify as necessary.
1. Sumo Squat with Heel Raise
2. Stationary Side Lunge
3. Reverse Lunge with Knee Raise
4. Glute Bridge with Knee Pulse
5. Slow Side Shuffle
