Kettlebell Full Body Workout

Work up a sweat with this full body, low impact kettlebell workout! Just a 5 or 10 lb kettlebell is sufficient. Take your time to figure out the compound movements and then go at a pace that’s comfortable for you!


Perform each stretch for 30-45 seconds. Try to move on to the next exercise as quickly as you can handle to keep your hear rate up and get in some good cardio AND strength training!
