This week is all about the pros and cons of working out at a gym. The gym can be a great way to get away from the distractions and get a lot of variety in your workout.
Perform each exercise for 8-12 reps for 3-5 rounds. Remember to modify as necessary, either with form and/or the weight you are using. But don't be afraid of weights, squat racks, barbells, and machines! Get in there and learn how to use them!
1. Barbell Back Squat
2. Back Pull Downs
3. Chest Pull
4. Cable Biceps Curl
5. Barbell Split Squat
