If you're not ready to jump into using squat racks and cable machines at the gym yet, why not start with a bench and some dumbbells? Today's workout is intended to help ease you into using gym equipment. (and if you have a bench at home, it can also be a home workout!)
Perform each exercise for 8-12 reps for 3-5 rounds. Remember to modify as necessary, either with form and/or the weight you are using.
1. Dumbbell Bench Press
2. Step Ups
3. Inclined Bench Flies
4. Box Squats
5. Bench Knee Touches
