Your glutes and quads are some of the largest muscles in your body! I discussed the benefits of lower body work in my article yesterday, so this week, I'm going to provide you with some great lower body workouts to get those legs and that booty on fire!
Perform each exercise for 30-45 seconds for 4-6 rounds or, if you want to go for reps do 15-20 reps on each side as needed. Go at your own pace and modify as necessary.
