Full Body Cardio

This week is all about full body exercises! All of the moves in today's workout are intended to recruit multiple muscles groups and keep that hear rate up. So, you'll be getting in some strength training along with your cardio - a two for one deal!


Perform each stretch for 30-45 seconds. Try to move on to the next exercise as quickly as you can handle to keep your heart rate up and get in some good cardio AND strength training!


1. Floor Touch to Reach



2. Dip with Leg Raise



3. Inchworm with Walkout



4. Sumo Squat with Arm Openers



5. Swimmers
