Early Postpartum Full Body Workout

Once you’ve been given the all-clear from your doctor to begin exercise postpartum, you don’t want to just jump into really intense workouts. You need to ease back in and this full body workout is a great place to start!


Perform each exercise for 30-45 seconds for 4-6 rounds. Don’t rush, just focus on moving well and engaging that core.
