Early Postpartum Core Workout

Foundational breathing can be a great help in reestablishing your connection with your core postpartum. Learning to connect your mind to your body and have it do what you're telling it to do can be difficult, but your breath can be the connection point that makes that happen. Today, I've got 5 core exercises that are great if you're early postpartum and just getting back into fitness.

1. Pelvic Tilts

2. Single Leg Pushout

3. Modified Bicycle

4. Marching

5. Sit-ups

Perform these exercises slowly and with precision, so that you can perform the foundational breath correctly and ensure that your core is engaged throughout.
