Diastasis Recti Workout

Learning to connect to your deep core muscles is important to help you heal Diastasis Recti. These exercises will help you do just that!

Perform each exercise for 30-45 seconds, on each side as applicable, for 4-6 rounds.

1. Opposite Knee Push

2. Open Knee Toe Touch

3. Modified Frog Kick

4. Hover Plank

5. Heel Slide with Raised Pull-in
