Cardio Core Workout

If you’re looking for an efficient way to get your heart rate up and get in a good full body workout, this one’s for you!

Perform each exercise for 30-45 seconds (on each side as needed) for 4-6 rounds.

1. Squat with Knee Raise

2. Downward Dog with Knee Drive

3. Squat to Step Out

4. Side Shuffle with Oblique Crunch

5. Knee Pull-ins

If you’re pregnant, make sure you’re using the talk test to monitor your heart rate and take breaks as needed. You’ve got this!
