Since this week's topic is about at-home workouts, I'm providing you with a great ab and glute workout that can be done anywhere, anytime!

1. Leg Lift

2. Stationary Bicycle

3. Leg Kickbacks

4. Knee Pull-ins

5. Bridge with Leg Raise

Make sure that you're engaging your core during all of these exercises to stabilize that upper body. And don't be afraid of the modification - modify if you need to until you're ready for the more difficult versions.
