5 Stretches to Relieve Back and Neck Pain

Stretching is such an underrated way to help yourself feel better! Just a few minutes of stretching several times a week can help recenter your mind and body and prepare your body for all of your daily activities.

Perform each stretch for 30-45 seconds. Breathe into each stretch while holding it - don’t hold your breath!

Remember that stretching shouldn’t hurt. It might be a bit uncomfortable, but if it hurts you’ve gone too far, so back off a little bit.
