This week has been about moving your body in ways that feel good. You don't have to get in a super intense workout every day to reap the benefits of exercise. Simply making the conscious effort to move more throughout the day can make a difference.
One of my favorite ways to get my body moving, especially when I am sore or feeling anxious, is by doing yoga. You'll find that as you breath deeply and take a few minutes to focus on your mind-body connection, both your body and mind will feel refreshed.
