5 Exercises to Mix Up Your At-home Workouts

Getting bored with the workouts you’ve been doing during this quarantine? Here are 5 exercises to help you mix it up - maybe they’re exercises you haven’t seen before or done for a long time!


Perform each exercise for 45-60 seconds, on each side as necessary, for 4-6 rounds or 20 minutes, whichever comes first. Make sure you take about a minute break in between each round.


1. Kneeling Squats



2. Ab Half Twists



3. Prisoner Squat



4. Crab Toe Touches



5. Lunge and Rotate
